Rolls of ham and beans

* 100 g green beans
* 200 g chard leaves medium-small
* Salt
* Extra virgin olive oil
* Parsley
* 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
* 100 g cooked ham type Prague
PREPARATION
Wash and clean the beans.
Separate the coasts of chard and rinse thoroughly. Discard the stems.
If you have a steamer cook both vegetables for 20 minutes. Otherwise, boil them separately for 15 minutes in salted water to pot discovery to prevent yellowing.
At end of cooking remove the vegetables. If you are steamed add a pinch of salt. If they are boiled, drain thoroughly. In any case season with a little oil.
Wash the parsley, select the leaves and chop finely with the crescent on a cutting board.
In a bowl mix a tablespoon of bread crumbs and tablespoon of chopped parsley and mix with your fingertips.
Arrange the slices of ham on a cutting board. Arrange on each a layer of chard leaves. Divide the beans into piles (one for each slice of ham), dip in breadcrumbs and place it over the beets.
Roll to roll.
Grease with a little olive oil a baking dish, arrange the rolls and bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes.
You can also prepare a day before and leave them in the refrigerator until the gratin.
