Skewers of mushrooms and tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
* 10 cherry tomatoes from Pachino
* 12 small mushrooms
* Extra virgin olive oil
* Salt
PREPARATION
Wash the tomatoes and mushrooms, after removal of the earthy part of stem with sprouts.
Skewer with toothpicks to skewer alternating tomatoes and mushrooms.
Heat the cast iron plate on the stove, grease it with a little olive oil and dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Cook for about 5 minutes turning first one side then the other.
When cooked, arrange on a platter, drizzle with a little oil and a pinch of salt.
