Tuna Salad "Emilian" Style

This is a very easy and fast recipe for a salad, ideal for the summer season! The balsamic vinegar in particular mix very well with the tuna.. but let's start immediatly!

Calories: 400 KCal tuna salad
Time requred: about 30 min.
Ingredients:

For the salad

* 100 g of tinned tuna fish (drained weight)
* 200 g of cooked white kidney beans
* 10 sweet and sour small onions
* parsley

For the balsamic vinegar emulsion

* 2 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
* 1 pinch of salt
* 1 grind of pepper
* 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

* Drain the tuna fish.
* If you are using tinned beans, drain them as well. If they are freshly cooked, drain the cooking water.
* Chop the small onions.
* Wash the parsley, dry it with kitchen paper, select some leaves and chop them finely on a board.
* Prepare the dressing mixing in a small bowl oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar (Emulsion).
* Put the beans in a salad bowl and dress them with the balsamic vinegar emulsion. Then add the small onions, the tuna fish, a teaspoon of chopped parsley and stir.
* Serve with a few slices of roasted bread.
